According to recent studies more teens nowadays are mild to severely overweight. 63% of Americans are overweight with a Body Mass Index (BMI) in excess of 25.0. Some blame their present lifestyle while other blames the lack of discipline. Regardless of the reason teen overweight are real.
A lot of diet programs claim to be the best solutions for weigh loss and healthy for teens. These claims generally revolve around two basic Parts: REGULAR EXERCISE + THE RIGHT DIET = WEIGHT LOSS AND HEALTHY …. TEENS SHOULD ALWAYS AVOID DIET PILLS.
There’s really no quick way to weight loss and healthy. Recent medical studies recommend for weight loss and healthy teens should not lose more than two pounds per week.
Regular Exercise = Weight Loss
Before engaging in any exercise, it is advisable to see a doctor. The mind fee like can do anything but the body may say differently. Teens should just do thing gradually at first and the pick up the pace with other exercises as time progresses.

Avoid foods that put calories into your weight. This means that you should avoid foods that are rich in fats and carbohydrate. Lessen your intake of red meat such as beef and pork. If you must really have to, eat white meat such as those found in chicken and in turkey.
Avoid drinks that high in calories like sodas, juices, and other drinks. If you cannot avoid
Sodas, switch to diet or low calorie one.
Avoid foods that are high in fat and sugar content like cakes, chocolate, butter, cream, peanut butter, pies, cookies and generally any sweet and sweet based dessert
Always remember that weight loss and healthy management is a long-term process , be sure that you do that in the safest way possible Weight loss can be accomplished through a combination of programs which include exercise and decreased calorie intake.
